The Beast Is Yet To Come

Privacy Policy for iOS

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This policy applies only to the iOS version of The Beast Is Yet To Come. The game does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not sell your information or track you across other apps or websites. If you agree, it shares anonymous gameplay statistics with us to help find bugs and improve performance. You can say no, and you can change your mind at any time.

Anonymous Gameplay Statistics (Optional)

The first time you open the game, it asks whether you want to share anonymous usage data. Nothing is collected unless you choose Share. You can turn this on or off at any time in Options → Share anonymous usage data.

If you agree, the game sends the following to Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google LLC:

We use this information only to understand how the game performs and is played, such as which devices have performance problems or which levels are too hard. We do not use it for advertising, we do not combine it with information from other companies, and we do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).

Individual event data is kept for 2 months and aggregated player data for up to 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. Google processes this information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country, including in the United States. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy and in Firebase's privacy information. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.

Game Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress, settings, and full-version entitlement are stored locally on your device so the game can function. This information is not transmitted to us.

In-App Purchases

The game offers an optional, one-time purchase to unlock the full version. Purchases and payment information are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The game reads the purchase entitlement from Apple to unlock and restore the full version. If you agreed to share anonymous usage data, the purchase events described above are also sent to Google Analytics for Firebase.

Device Permissions

The iOS game does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or health data.

Your Choices and Rights

Sharing gameplay statistics is based on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time in Options; from then on the game stops sending data. Deleting the game also removes the installation identifier from your device.

Depending on where you live, including under Brazil's LGPD and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object to its processing. Because the statistics are not linked to your name or contact details, we usually cannot find the records that belong to you, but you can contact us with any request and we will help as far as we can. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ANPD in Brazil.

Children's Privacy

The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Support Requests

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and support request. We use that information only to respond to and resolve your request, and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for support.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the iOS game or its data practices change. The latest version will be available at this page, with the updated date shown above.
